We want every SOOPHI customer to love what they ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
The following items are non-returnable: gift cards, downloadable digital products, and items marked as final sale.
How to Request a Return
Send an email to support@soophi.shop including your order number and the reason for your return request. A member of our team will get back to you within 2 business days.
Refunds
When your returned item arrives at our facility, we will inspect it and email you the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Payments processed through Shopify Payments are subject to standard bank processing times and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 5–10 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@soophi.shop.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@soophi.shop.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. SOOPHI is not responsible for items lost in transit.
